Edinburgh Cocktail Week 2023
As we bid farewell to a memorable ten days at Edinburgh Cocktail Week, we can't help but reflect on the incredible journey we've had. It's been a year of firsts for The Bonnie Bar Co, and making our debut at this fantastic event was certainly a highlight.
The Drinks
We were thrilled to be part of an event that brings together cocktail enthusiasts from far and wide. Over the course of ten days, we had the pleasure of serving up four cocktails- The Pear and Apple Spritz, the Frozen Cosmopolitan, the Pornstar Spritz, and the Spiced Raspberry Mojito.

Looking Ahead
As we wrap up our debut at Edinburgh Cocktail Week, we're already looking forward to next year. The fun we had, the connections we made, and the great reception our bar received have made us eager to return with more exciting drinks and ideas.
