Meet Your Bartender
Your cocktail class will be run by one of The Bonnie Bar Owners, Lewis and Dom or a member of our close knit team. Our team have years of experience working in cocktail bars and all love sharing our skills and recipes with new people!
Our bartenders here there to guide you through the process but the end results are up to you! Unlike traditional cocktail classes, our sessions are highly interactive with everyone around a table/ surface making their cocktails at the same time.
Pricing and Booking Details
Our Mobile Cocktail Classes are £35 per person, with a minimum group size of 12 participants. The classes typically last about 2 hours, with the possibility of extending the duration for larger groups.
A £50.00 deposit is required to secure your cocktail masterclass and the remaining fee is due the week of your event or party.

Our cocktail class is priced at £35 per person, inclusive of everything needed for a fun evening of cocktail making!

Typically, our cocktail classes run for about 2 hours. For larger groups exceeding 18 participants, the duration may be slightly longer.

We’ll walk you through making 4 delicious cocktails as a group. After each cocktail has been made there will be time to enjoy your creations while our bartender sets up ready to take you through making the next. Our classes are fully interactive, with everyone getting hands-on and creating their own cocktails. Depending on your party size and space available, we can also split your party into smaller groups to make things more manageable.

We offer a wide range of cocktails but our most popular menu includes a Bramble, Pornstar Martini, Strawberry & Rose Collins and a passionfruit Mojito. Our menu is periodically refreshed to keep things exciting and we regularly take requests.

We can accommodate any class size, but we have a minimum charge for 12 people.

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know in advance, and we can accommodate those not drinking.

For venues outside of Edinburgh, a small charge may apply. This covers fuel and travel time for your bartenders and goes directly to them.

All you need is a dining table or a similar surface. We provide all the cocktail ingredients, glassware, cocktail-making kits, and an ample supply of ice.

You'll receive an invoice the Monday before your event for the full balance. The balance can be paid via a bank transfer.

We only require confirmed numbers ten days before your event date. As long as you have a minimum of 12 people, you won't be charged for dropouts. A change of numbers with less than ten days' notice may incur a charge.

Your cocktail host will typically arrive 45 minutes before your chosen start time to set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
