We are a quality-first, mobile bar service, bringing a full luxury bar experience to your next event.
Our pop-up bars bring an element of excitement to any indoor or outdoor space, and our beautifully converted horse box bars are an eye-catching feature at any outdoor location.
We offer a wide range of services, including bespoke drinks and bar menus, custom/white-label bar builds, and full bar takeovers. Our goal is always to enhance your event in any way possible and we’re always happy to talk through any and all creative ideas!
There’s always a lot to plan ahead of your big day, so leave the drinks with us and tick one more thing off of your list. We provide everything needed for the perfect bar service. From licenses to the perfect garnishes to our lovely professional bar team, we’ve got you covered!

What’s on the menu?
We aim to bring something a little different to your event, working with you closely to design the best drinks menu to befit your guests and style of event.
Specialising in cocktail slushies, frosé (rosé slushie), flavoured white wine sangria, and spritzers, we can offer a high volume of delicious serves that your guests will never get bored of. In addition, we can also offer a wide range of cocktails, wines, and prosecco options on request.
Festival or large event? No problem! In addition to offering a glassware service, we also have the option of using biodegradable cups and wine flutes.
We take pride in both the taste and the aesthetics of our drinks, making sure that our perfectly prepared garnishes are ready to take the perfect drinks photos. You’ve dressed up so you need a drink to match!
Our bars & next steps
Based in Edinburgh, we operate across the whole of the central belt and our bars and team can travel further afield if required.
Our passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and guest, along with our exceptional drinks service provides the perfect recipe for the ultimate event.

A little more about us
A Bonnie Beginning
We (Lewis & Dom) started The Bonnie Bar Co this year with the vision of bringing a more contemporary look to the event bar scene. We wanted to look past the usual warm pints and spirit mixers to create drink serves and a customer experience that people will remember and love!
Friends for over 14 years, we have both worked in the hospitality and events space across the world and wanted to create something special based in our home city, Edinburgh.
